Brian Bair founded Offerpad in July 2015, aiming to provide an improved way to buy and sell homes. He has been the company's Chief Executive Officer and a member of its board of directors since its inception, later assuming the role of Chairman of the board in September 2021. Prior to Offerpad, Bair founded Bair Group Real Estate and co-founded Lexington Financial and Bridgeport Financial Services, specializing in real estate services and acquiring distressed homes.
