Carl-Johan Hugner has been appointed as the new CEO of Nyfosa AB, a transaction-intensive real estate company that invests in commercial properties across Sweden, Finland, and Norway. He is scheduled to take over the role in January 2025. Hugner comes from a background in the financial industry, having served as Head of Real Estate Investment Banking at Pareto Securities AB. Nyfosa's shares have been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Large Cap since 2018.
