Sebastien Clerc was the CEO of Voltalia for 13 years, transforming the young startup into an integrated renewable energy producer and service provider operating in 20 countries. Voltalia, listed on Euronext Paris in 2014, invests in solar, wind, biomass, and battery projects, as well as innovative startups. Prior to Voltalia, he founded and led Natixis Environment & Infrastructure (now Mirova) for 12 years, a fund management firm focused on sustainable investment and industry decarbonization. He is slated to become CEO of InnoEnergy in January 2026.
