He previously worked as an equities trader and co-founded Solera Health Systems. Inspired by personal experiences and the challenges of healthcare, de Solo founded CareMax in 2011, leveraging his finance background to create a technology-driven healthcare model. In 2021, he was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Florida, the same year CareMax went public.
