Andrew Oxtoby served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Aimmune Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company that developed PALFORZIA for peanut allergy treatment. After Aimmune Therapeutics was acquired by Nestlé in 2020 for $2.6 billion, Oxtoby led the newly formed stand-alone unit within Nestlé Health Science. He has also served on the board of Aravax, an Australian biotechnology company.
