Kunal Moktan is the Co-founder and CEO of PropShare Capital (originally named Property Share), India's first and largest technology-driven commercial real estate fractional ownership platform, which he launched in 2015 alongside Hashim Khan. He led the company through its growth to managing approximately ₹1,500 crores in assets across 15+ properties and serving 300,000 users globally. In August 2024, under his leadership, PropShare became the first fractional ownership platform to receive the SM REIT license from SEBI.
