Raffaella Cornaggia is the CEO of Kering Beauté, a newly formed beauty division within Kering. She joined Kering in 2023 to lead the creation and development of the beauty segment, focusing on luxury fragrances. Under her leadership, Kering Beauté acquired British luxury fragrance house Creed in 2023 and made a minority investment in niche perfume house Matiere Premiere in 2024. Cornaggia has also been instrumental in expanding Kering's fashion brands into the fragrance category.
