Rui Chen, born in January 1978 in Chengdu, Sichuan, is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bilibili. Bilibili was listed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange in the United States in March 2018. Prior to Bilibili, he graduated from Chengdu University of Information Technology in 2001 and subsequently joined Kingsoft. He later co-founded Kingsoft Network in 2010.
