Oleksandr Butenko is the Deputy Minister for the Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine. He is also a new member of the Supervisory Board of the Energy Efficiency Fund from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, a position he was appointed to on March 21, 2023. Previously, he worked as an assistant to the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine and in various roles within Naftogaz of Ukraine, including as deputy director for work with counterparties of the subsidiary company "Gas of Ukraine". He holds master's degrees in financial markets and economics from Ukrainian universities.
