Eduardo Sirotsky Melzer is the founder, CEO, and Managing Partner of EB Capital, a Brazilian private equity firm he established in 2011 after previously launching one of Brazil’s first venture capital funds at Grupo RBS. His investment thesis centers on building long-term growth equity in middle-market companies that address structural gaps in Brazil, with a focus on private equity, infrastructure, credit, and climate-related investments.
