Um, needed to get somebody that knew that next next stage of growth, what that looked like and so we're focused on real the large cap guys and we were again extremely fortunate to bring in the guys at Silverlake who have had tremendous success in you know scaling software technology at at the level that we were at at that point in time. And so they joined they invested in 2019 um mostly recap in terms of what they came in for but they've been incredible partners for us also and they really helped us set the stages for um going public from their experience.
