Megan Baldwin founded Opthea, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on therapeutic innovation in retinal diseases. With over 20 years of experience in angiogenesis and therapeutic strategies, she served as Chief Executive of Opthea from 2014, after joining the company (then Circadian Technologies Limited) in 2008 as Head of Preclinical R&D. She holds a PhD in medicine from the University of Melbourne and conducted postdoctoral studies at Genentech.
