one piece of advice before launching a company, what would that be and why, given what you know now? >> I I think it's safe to say if if you were to if you were to interview many of my employees over the years and my different startups, um, and there's been a couple we haven't talked about that, you know, that are not as as fun to talk about. Um, it didn't didn't go as far. Um, I think I you know, I think I've always been a very intense person. You don't have to get you don't have to be that that intense. You can um you can make some mistakes. You can make some errors. You can let your people make mistakes. and uh and it will be okay, right? One way or another, you know, if it's a good product, if it's a good service, it's people are going to people are going to buy it. And if it's not, then frankly, you know, then you being more intense is not going to solve that, right? You know,
you probably need to just be more reflective and and and more more uh uh able to to to to be comfortable with change and pivot.
