Charles Kantor is a French AI entrepreneur and investor who co-founded H Company (also known as Holistic AI), a Paris-headquartered agentic-AI startup established in 2023 with Laurent Sifre, Karl Tuyls, Daan Wierstra, and Julien Perolat. He led the company through its record-setting May 2024 $220 million seed round, the largest AI seed in European history at the time. As of May 2026, Kantor remains a co-founder and shareholder after transitioning out of the CEO role to Gautier Cloix in June 2025.
