Huo Liang is the founder and CEO of Deep Blue Aerospace, a Chinese commercial rocket company established in 2017 to develop low-cost, vertically landing reusable launch vehicles for China's satellite market. He founded the company in Nantong, Jiangsu, with the goal of achieving major space milestones in less than half the time it took Elon Musk to reach similar achievements. Under his leadership, Deep Blue Aerospace has secured over $200 million in total funding and is planning suborbital tourism flights starting in 2027.
