Jan Ehlers is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Secop Group Holding GmbH, a manufacturer of hermetic compressors and electronic controls for refrigeration solutions in the Stationary Cooling and Mobile Cooling segments. He joined Secop in November 2019 as Chief Operating Officer and was appointed CEO on October 1, 2021. Prior to Secop, he worked as a scientist at CERN and Fermilab, then as a management consultant at Bain & Company, and later as Vice President Operations and Plant Manager at Minimax Viking Group. Secop has production sites in Slovakia and China, with research centers in several countries, and became part of the ESSVP IV fund in September 2019.
