Paul M. Rady is the Co-Founder of Antero Resources, an independent exploration and production company, and Antero Midstream, which operates midstream energy infrastructure. He previously served as CEO and President of both companies, and as Chairman of their respective Boards of Directors. Under his leadership, Antero Resources completed the largest IPO for an independent exploration and production company. Before co-founding Antero, Rady held leadership roles at Pennaco Energy and Barrett Resources Corp., and began his career as a geologist at Amoco Corporation.
