Mustafa Koçar is the CEO of Kalyon Holding, a major Turkish construction company involved in construction, real estate, energy, and concessions. The company was selected to build Turkey's largest solar power plant and acts as contractor, investor, concessionaire, and operator for the Karapınar Solar Power Plant. J.P. Morgan provided $291M of the $1.1bn financing package for this project. Koçar joined Kalyon Holding in 2019 as Group CFO and was appointed CEO in July 2022.
