Robert Isom is an American businessman and the CEO of American Airlines Group and its subsidiary American Airlines. He previously served as the president of American Airlines from 2016 to 2022, before becoming CEO in March 2022. Isom began his career in the airline industry at Northwest Airlines and later worked at America West Airlines.
