Kurt Workman is the co-founder and CEO of Owlet Baby Care, a venture-backed startup based in Lehi, Utah, known for its Smart Sock baby monitor. He has advocated for infant health since launching Owlet in 2013 and led the company through a $2 million seed round and a SPAC IPO in early 2021 valued at over $1 billion. Workman is a member of the BYU Marriott Entrepreneurship Founders Advisory Board.
