Shashi Upadhyay is the President of Product, Engineering, and AI at Zendesk, a company focused on customer and employee service. He joined Zendesk in December 2024 to lead its next phase of growth in customer and employee service. Prior to Zendesk, he held a GM/VP role at Google, leading the advertiser product portfolio including Google Ads and Google Analytics. Upadhyay also founded Lattice Engines, which was acquired by Dun & Bradstreet in 2019, playing a role in D&B's public offering in 2020.
