He previously served as executive vice president, Operations, leading various operational groups, and has held multiple leadership positions since joining the company in 2000, including senior vice president of Strategy, Planning and Operational Performance. Powell holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and an MBA from UCLA.
