He is leading the development of Avenue Bellevue, a mixed-use project in Bellevue, Washington, which includes luxury homes, the Pacific Northwest's first InterContinental Hotel, and retail space. The project secured a $700 million construction loan, one of the largest recorded in the U.S. since the start of the pandemic.
