Ann Leepile is the CEO of M&G Investments Southern Africa, overseeing R330bn ($18bn USD) in retail and institutional savings assets. Previously, she was CEO of AlexForbes Investments, South Africa’s largest Multi-Manager and Investment Consulting business, and MD of ABSA Asset Management, managing over R100bn. She has over 20 years of experience in financial services, including roles at Rand Merchant Bank and JP Morgan Chase.
