Chen Dejun is the Chairman of STO Express Co., Ltd., a company he co-founded with his sister Chen Xiaoying. He was born in 1970 in Tonglu, Zhejiang, and started the business with his family in Hangzhou in 1993. STO Express is noted as the first privately owned express delivery company in China to implement a franchise system.
