Chris Mowry is the Chief Executive Officer of Type One Energy, a fusion energy company developing Stellarator technology, having joined the firm in 2023 after collaborating with Breakthrough Energy Ventures to refine its commercial strategy. He was formally appointed CEO in February 2023 when the company launched as a venture-backed business with its Seed financing round led by Breakthrough Energy Ventures. Mowry previously worked with Breakthrough Energy Ventures before taking the CEO role at Type One Energy.
