Eric Chen is the Chairman and co-founder of BaseBit Technologies, a company focused on the secure circulation, efficient matching, and value creation of data, computing power, and algorithms for artificial intelligence. He previously served as Managing Partner of Softbank Vision Fund from 2018 to 2023, and as Managing Director at Silver Lake Partners, where he helped establish their Asia investment and management teams. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Brion Technologies, Inc., serving as CEO until its acquisition by ASML Holding N.V. in 2007.
