David El Nouchi is the Chairman of ClubFunding AM, an asset management company that offers pooled investment and financing solutions for investors. He co-founded ClubFunding in 2015, which has since become the largest real estate crowdfunding platform in France, specializing in bond financing for real estate operations. In September 2022, ClubFunding Group raised €125 million from institutional investors.
