Didier Kayat is the Chairman and CEO of Daher, an equipment group specializing in integrated industrial systems for aeronautics and advanced technologies. He joined Daher in 2007 and progressively advanced through various leadership roles, including Marketing and Development Director, Strategy and M&A Director, and Deputy General Manager. Kayat became CEO in 2016 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in June 2024. He previously founded a strategy consulting firm, Ylios, in 1993, and worked in marketing and sales for multinational companies like Henkel, S.C. Johnson, and Saatchi.
