Jérôme Michiels is the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Wendel, a company that strengthens activities dedicated to financing fast-growing companies. He also serves as the Head of Wendel Growth (formerly Wendel Lab), an initiative focused on deploying capital toward fast-growing companies and sectors, with an ambition to reach €500m exposure in the medium term. Prior to joining Wendel in 2006, he was an Associate at the investment fund BC Partners and worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
