Lisa A. Grow has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of IDACORP and Idaho Power since June 1, 2020, and was appointed to their Boards of Directors in February 2020. She previously held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Idaho Power. Grow's 38-year career with Idaho Power began in 1987, shortly after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Idaho. She later earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Boise State University in 2008.
