Malgosia Green is the CEO of Match Group Asia, a newly created role she assumed after being appointed by Match chief Bernard Kim. She is responsible for overseeing two brands and go-to-market strategies for other companies within the Match Group portfolio in Asia, managing a team of over 400 staff. Prior to this, Green led Plenty of Fish, a dating app under Match Group, for nearly five years. Her focus now is on deepening Match Group's user base and expanding its presence in the Asian market, particularly in Japan where dating app penetration is low.
