Mark Miller was appointed to the board of directors of Constellation Software Inc. in December 2025 and serves as Executive Chairman of Volaris Group, a Constellation subsidiary. He was involved in Constellation's first acquisition of Trapeze in July 1995. He was also appointed President of Constellation Software.
