He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer, and has held several leadership roles in his 25-year career with the company. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Marketing, a Master of Business Administration in Finance, both from Western Michigan University, and is a graduate of Harvard University's General Manager Program.
