Ryan McLinko is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Astranis, a San Francisco-based aerospace company that builds small, radiation-hardened satellites. He joined the Y Combinator Winter 2016 cohort with co-founder John Gedmark to develop compact GEO satellite technology. McLinko has been instrumental in Astranis's technical development as the company grew to operating five satellites on orbit with over $1 billion in services sold.
