Andy Milner is set to return as the Chief Executive Officer of Amey, a leading infrastructure services and engineering company. Amey focuses on designing, maintaining, and transforming the nation's strategic assets, employing over 11,000 people across 200 UK locations. Milner will lead the company under the new ownership of Buckthorn and OEP, a transfer expected to conclude in the coming weeks. Prior to this appointment, Milner worked with Buckthorn and OEP in support of their acquisition of Amey.
