Ben Pollard is the former Co-founder and CEO of Cushon, a UK workplace savings fintech that manages pensions and employee benefits. He co-founded the company in 2014 alongside Phil Hollingdale. Pollard retained a 15% minority shareholding after NatWest Group acquired a majority stake in Cushon in 2023.
