Benjamin Laga is the CEO and Founder of Protealis, a European company focused on sustainable plant proteins and non-GMO legume seed technologies. He founded the company in 2021 after researchers from ILVO Vlaanderen spun off to launch Protealis to advance local cultivation of pulse crops.
