About Brendan Keegan

Brendan Keegan served as the Chairman, CEO, and President of Merchants Fleet, a fleet management company. He joined the company's board in 2009, became a strategic advisor and interim CEO in 2017, and fully committed to the CEO role in 2018. Under his leadership, Merchants Fleet secured a growth equity raise in 2020 with Bain Capital and was strategically sold to Bain Capital and a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Investment Authority in 2022. He retired in May 2024 but remains a significant shareholder.
