About Brett Schulman

Brett Schulman is a co-founder of Cava Group, a fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in customizable Mediterranean meals and a complementary line of consumer packaged dips and spreads. Schulman joined the company to help sell products in grocery stores and became CEO and the fourth partner by 2009. Cava Group expanded significantly through the $300 million acquisition of Zoës Kitchen in 2018 and went public on the NYSE in 2023.
