About Bruno Ferrari

Bruno Ferrari is a co-founder of Grupo Oncoclinicas, a Brazilian oncology clinic network. The company recently secured up to R$150 million in credit from US fund MAK Capital and Lumina Capital Management to strengthen its financial structure. Ferrari, who served as vice-chairman for 16 years, has stepped down from the board. Separately, Ferrari also announced his intention to subscribe up to R$500 million worth of new shares in a R$1.5 billion capital increase for Grupo Oncoclinicas.
