Bruno Lasansky has served as CEO of Localiza since April 2021, having joined the company in 2016. Previously, he held positions as COO and CEO of the car rental division. Under his leadership, Localiza merged with competitor Unidas, becoming the largest car rental company in Latin America with a fleet of 445,000 vehicles. The company began its international expansion into Mexico in 2023. Lasansky, originally from Argentina, holds a degree in industrial engineering and an MBA from the Wharton School.
