Chris Varma is the Co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of Frontier Medicines, a company focused on developing therapies for difficult-to-treat diseases using its chemoproteomics platform. Frontier Medicines recently closed an $80 million Series C funding round. Before co-founding Frontier Medicines, Varma co-founded Blueprint Medicines, which was acquired by Sanofi for over $9 billion in 2025, and Warp Drive Bio, acquired by Revolution Medicines in 2018. He also held senior roles at venture capital firms like MPM Capital, Flagship Pioneering, and Third Rock Ventures.
