David Berg has served as Executive Chairman of European Wax Center since 2023, and previously as CEO from 2018 to 2023. European Wax Center is the largest franchisor and operator of out-of-home waxing services in the United States. During his earlier tenure as CEO, Berg led the company's expansion from nearly 700 to over 1,000 centers and guided it through a successful initial public offering in 2021. Prior to joining European Wax Center, he was CEO of Carlson Hospitality Group from 2015 to 2017.
