Doug Godshall is the Chair and CEO of Galvanize Therapeutics, a company pioneering pulsed electric field (PEF) therapies for oncology and chronic lung disease. He joined the company's board as chair in 2021 and became CEO in 2025, concurrent with an oversubscribed $100 million Series C financing round. Previously, Godshall served as CEO of Shockwave Medical until its $13.1 billion acquisition by Johnson & Johnson MedTech, and CEO of HeartWare before its $1 billion acquisition by Medtronic.
