Erik Løkke-Øwre, also known as Erik Lokke, is the CEO of NorSun Holding AS, a Norwegian solar manufacturing company. He previously led the company through securing a EUR 54 million grant from the EU Innovation Fund for expanding capacity in Årdal, Norway, before ceasing manufacturing operations in Norway.
