Hans Roelofs is the CEO of Refresco, a Netherlands-based drinks manufacturer. He will step down in August 2025, concluding an 18-year tenure with the company. Refresco is majority-owned by private-equity firm KKR. Roelofs joined Refresco in 2007 after working at meat group Dumeco and agri-food business Nutreco.
