Jonathan Carling has been the Chief Executive Officer of Tokamak Energy since November 2017. With a background in mechanical engineering, he aims to utilize his commercial experience from aerospace and automotive industries to achieve grid-connected commercial fusion power by 2030. Prior to Tokamak Energy, Carling held leadership positions at Rolls-Royce and Aston Martin Lagonda, and spent over two decades at Jaguar Land Rover.
