Jordan Jayson is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Energy Development Corporation. The company is a diversified exploration and production operating firm with assets in multiple oil and natural gas basins. Jayson, who joined the firm in 2009, was promoted to CEO in 2014, becoming the second-generation CEO. Under his leadership, U.S. Energy has invested in, operated, or drilled over 4,000 wells across 13 states and Canada, deploying more than $4 billion on behalf of its partners. Prior to his current role, Jayson spent a decade on Wall Street, where he managed portfolios and traded for firms such as Arnhold S. Bleichroeder and S.A.C. Capital.
