Marcos Siqueira is the VP of Operations at Ascenty, a Brazilian data center firm. The Digital Realty-owned company develops and operates data centers, with 17 facilities currently in operation across Brazil and Chile, and an additional 10 in development, including two in Mexico. Ascenty recently secured $925 million in credit to fund its expansion plans, which include constructing five new data centers in São Paulo, Brazil. This investment will also support the growth of existing data centers and the expansion of the company's fiber optic network.
